SHIPPING TIME
At the moment of the sale, we mostly have everything in stock, but sometimes due limited quantities. We need to restock.
Your order will then be shipped out within 6 weeks after your confirmation email. Please take into account international orders may take longer to be delivered due to longer distances and possible customs. The delivery date may vary from location to location.
With this limited quantity process, we try to limit over-stock and avoid mass production from an ecological principle. We only produce what we think our customers will order, therefore the items can take a little longer to be shipped to you, in case of restock.
We partner with a range of couriers depending on the area. In some cases, the final delivery could be handled by your local post services.
TRACK YOUR PACKAGE
As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse we will send you a shipping confirmation email, with a link to track your parcel online.
Did you wait until your estimated delivery date? Please allow an extra few days for your order to be delivered - our partners are doing their best to get your order to you. Make sure you keep an eye on the tracking link for the latest updates and information.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and feel it may be defective due to a manufacturing fault, please get in touch with us. Please, do provide as much information as possible concerning the product and the order.
